In 2024, the Looys formally transitioned from a printed to a digital format, which is now distributed weekly as an electronic newsletter called the eLooys. All submissions must be sent to the pastor by noon on Wednesday to be included in that week’s distribution of the eLooys on Friday morning. |

Diocesan BylawsThe bylaws of the Armenian Church of America (Eastern Diocese) was last distributed in 2013.
The Bylaws have been amended by subsequent Annual Diocesan Assemblies, with the present edition
reflecting all changes made through July 2019.
